Blooms Cafe in Waterford City, on the southern coast of Ireland, is selling cannabis flower and infused coffee rich in CBD with negligible, if any, amounts of THC. It’s Ireland’s first cannabis coffee shop, but it’s a far cry from what you’d expect in Amsterdam, reports High Times.

Recreational cannabis use is still illegal in Ireland, as the Minister of Health only allows recreational marijuana on a case-by-case basis. At Bloom’s, all of the products, which are grown in Croatia, contain less than the legal limit of 0.2 percent THC. Customers can’t even consume their purchases inside the shop or on the sidewalk in front of it, except for Bloom’s CBD-infused coffees.
